 A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 15 days before date of arrival, No refund is offered thereafter.

A 100 % refund will be made for cancellations received 30 days before date of arrival.

For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.

A 50% room rate will be chargeable for check in 0700 hours or check out after 1400 hours.

Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.

A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1400 hours and late check-out from 1000 to 1400 hours. 

Room not occupied by 23:59 PM  will be treated as No Show, unless prior communication is done.
